Transportation from airport to the meeting venue

1. From Hong Kong International Airport

Hong Kong International Airport is a multi-modal transport centre, offering extensive land and sea connections to major cities in Main China.

You can now plan your journey by using the Quick Schedules tool: http://www.hongkongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=eng and choose Dameisha as the destination which is very close to the meeting venue.

Note:
-   There are many travelling companies in the airport terminal, providing door to door travelling service, you can easy find them after your arrival. Please show them the guide note below indicate the destination.

>> Other public transportations:
You can take Metro from the airport to the Luohu and Huanggang ports, or take a taxi to Sha Tau Kok ports, which is the nearest port to get to the hotel. Then you can take a taxi to the hotel. Show the relative Conference Notes to the taxi driver.

There are five ports in the border of Hongkong and Shenzhen, and the nearest port to our conference venue is Sha Tau Kok port. Please take attention to the opening time of every port.

2. From Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport
You can take the No.6 bus from Bao’an International Airport to the Dameisha bus stop(大梅沙公交站) which is very close to the meeting place.

Service time: 8:00-22:00
Price: 30 RMB/person
Time-consuming: 2 hours

Taxi:
        Price: about 200 RMB.
        Time-consuming: 1 hour.

3. From Shenzhen Railway Station
You can take the No.387 bus from rail way station to Meishajiedaoban bus stop(梅沙街道办公交站) which is very close to the meeting place.

Service time: 7:00-24:00
Price: 6 RMB/person
Time-consuming: 1 hour

Taxi:
        Price: about 90 RMB.
        Time-consuming: 2/3 hour.
